Newsletters
Newsletters are a great way to stay in touch with site visitors and site members. A newsletter is simply an email that is sent to someone that's requested it from you. Our system gathers all the requesting names together and then emails them a "standard email". One email sent to many people that have subscribed to it.
Newsletters can:
- publicise one off events
- send our monthly news about church (or organisation)life
- be used to run courses on topics
There are lots of different ways to use them effectively on your website and unlike many website hosts we provide this capability as part of your website package. This ensures that it's easy to fully integrate the experience into the website and allows you to "capture" all possible interested people easily.
Our newsletters are sent out as emails, either HTML or text (or both) and they can include images and pdf's as well. This enables you to put together the best blend and mix of materials to ensure that your visitors are kept well informed about the life of your organisation.
It's even possible with our system to set up automated newsletters. This enables you to prepare them in advance knowing that they'll still be sent. This feature also allows you to use them to set up courses that can be delivered to people on a weekly basis.
Why not try out our demo system below? You don't actually subscribe to our mailing lists with this demo (use the one on the Home page if you'd like our newsletter), instead you get a chance to see a newsletter system in operation.

You can feature the sign up box at anywhere on the page. For example the one on our Home page is on the right hand side and the one here in amongst the text.
